Having sold out her December show at St Pancras Old Church, Sarah Darling has announced she will return to the UK to play the Union Chapel on Monday 5 March 2018.
No stranger to UK audiences, Sarah has toured the UK opening for the chart topping Ward Thomas and performing at C2C; Country to Country both in 2016 and again earlier this year.
Sarah Darling is already heralded as one of country music’s breakout performers and elite vocalist in the US, and the Nashville based singer songwriter has her sights set on the UK. Sarah will release new product this autumn. Winter Wonderland will be released this November.
In 2016, Twinnie self released an EP that she co wrote with Jon Green (James Bay, Tor Miller, James Morrison) which reached #2 on the Country iTunes Chart and really started to turn heads. Described as a ‘modern day Shania Twain’ Twinnie weaves in alternative influences to her country pop sound. After making an appearance earlier this year at C2C festival in London’s O2 Arena, Twinnie sparked more attention with passers by stopping in their tracks to form an almighty crowd. She was consequently invited on stage by Bryan Adams to perform his Tina Turner duet to 20,000 people at Cornbury Festival in June.
Katie Pruitt is a recent graduate of Belmont University and the winner of 2016’s first annual Nashville Songwriting Scholarship of the BMI Foundation. She is also the recipient of this year’s prestigious Holly Prize from the Songwriters Hall of Fame, which “recognizes and supports a new all-in-one songwriter — an exceptionally talented and inspired young musician/singer/songwriter whose work exhibits the qualities of Buddy Holly’s music: true, great and original.”
Influenced heavily by Joni Mitchell, Amy Winehouse, Bonnie Raitt and Janis Joplin, her music is a combination of old school blues and pop rock
Katie is also a veteran of the stage, playing shows alongside artists like Parker Millsap, Andrew Combs, Chance McCoy and Larkin Poe.
